こちらの商品ですが、返品をお願いしております。
何回か返品用のアドレスに連絡をしているのですが、一向に返信がいただけないのでこちらでご連絡します。
電話連絡にて、返品番号を連絡するとのことですが、こちらは英語が話せません。
ですので、何度もメールにてのサポートをお願いしております。
１か月以内に返品したいのですぐに返品番号を教えてください。
返品するにあたり必要事項があればメールにてご連絡します。
Regarding this product, I have requested for it to be returned to the seller.
I have tried contacting to the email address for reply-purpose. However, I have not heard from them, so I have decided to write to you here.
I was told that the returned item number would be informed via phone call. However, I cannot speak in English.
