船便での発送ですと１カ月程度かかることは承知してますのでお待ちしてましたが落札以降、５週間になります。
残念ながら、商品がまだ届きません。どうなってますか？確認の上御返事をください。

I understood it would take about a month to arrive by freight after the auction but 5 weeks have already passed.
