これらの商品は、まだ日本に到着してません。
インボイスも受け取っていなのですが送ってくれましたか？
別の日に注文した刺繍入りの商品と勘違いしていませんか？
念の為に注文した商品リストを書いておきます。

交換をお願いした商品を返送します
出来れば早めに交換商品を送ってもらいたいのですが、可能ですか？

ところで、9月29日に受け取ったMailによると、商品はWeek42に発送準備が整うとのことでしたが、予定通り出荷できそうですか？

These products haven't arrived in Japan yet. And I'm still not receiving the invoice too. Did you send it?
By any chance are you misunderstanding the order with another order I did with embroidery products?
I will send you the purchase order again.

I will send you back the products for exchange which I mentioned.
Can you please send those exchange product as soon as possible?

By the way, the e-mail received on 29th September says the preparation for shipping will be done by week 42, it everything proceeding according the plan?
