今回は商品に不備があるとの事で大変申し訳ありません。

画像拝見いたしました。こちらの商品は外部に委託し保管しておりましたため最終確認が出来ませんでした。いつカビが発生したのかは定かではありませんが誠意のある対応をしたいと思います。

そちらの方でカビの除去が出来るのであれば清掃代をご提示下さい。その分返金させていただきます。返品希望の場合もご連絡ください。

We saw the picture. We outsourced the storage of this product, therefore we couldn't make a final check.
We are not sure when it got moldy, however, we will sincerely deal about that.

If you could remove the mold, please indicate the cleaning fee. We would like to refund the same amount.
