I did not get any notification from either the post office or Custom officer.
As a matter of fact, it is very troublesome to have such a matter from the post office. Usually we got the shipment via UPS and DHL which is very easy.

Nevertheless, I indeed require which airport the product is located now. the delivery destination is Surabaya. Is it in Surabaya Airport or Jakarta airport ( the capital of Indonesia )
enabling me to look into the matter as well.
