①その後、修理の見積もりはとれましたか。日本では祝日が続いていたため、メールの返信が遅くなり申し訳ありません。
②修理代金が、返送料金（おそらく＄150ほど）に対して高すぎるので、今回修理代金を全額負担することは難しいです。返送する際の送料はこちらでもちますので、お手数ですがご返送お願いいたします。もしくは、あなたが納得できるのであれば＄200までは修理代を私どもで負担することができます。返信お願いします。
