当社で在庫していたER01を1週間程前に販売しましたが、
届けて直ぐにお客様から初期不良のクレームが届きました。
不具合の状況を説明します。
スライダーを低速で作動させた時にスムーズに動かず、カクカクとした感じになります。
（コントローラーの3つ目の目盛のあたりまで）
ただし一方向のみです。スムーズに動かない方向は何かの拍子に入れ変わります。
お客様から動画も送ってもらいました。
添付したので確認お願いします。
不良箇所を断定できますか？
パーツ交換で対応できますか？
対応策を教えて下さい。

We sold ERO1 that we had in the inventory about 1 week ago.
Immediately after sending it, we received a claim about initial defect from the customer.
We explain the condition of it.
When the slide is moved, it does not work smoothly and we feel some obstacles about it.
(To 3rd measuring point of the controller)
However, this problem is only at one side.
The side at which it does not work smoothly changes by some movement.
The customer sent a moving picture to us.
As we attached it, would you check it?
Can you find a part where the defect occurred?
Could you switch the parts to solve this problem?
May we know how to handle it?
