現在、日本郵便の荷物追跡サービスで確認したところ
9月17日には、お手元に商品が届いていると確認できました。
当初、お届け予定日は10月2日としており、
予定より、かなり早く到着したとおもいますが問題がございましたでしょうか？
日本から発送しておりますので、返品となると返却をお願いしないといけません。
是非、商品のご活用をお願いできればと思います。

We found that it was delivered to you on September 17th.
In the beginning, it was supposed to be delivered on October 2nd,
and it was delivered much earlier. Do you have any problem about it?
As we send it to you from Japan, you have to return if you want to return it.
