毎日違う仕事や時間に追われてしまっていて、正直言ってまだきちんとしたラフスケッチができていません。
だけど構想は立ててあり、年末に間に合わせるように進めますので、最初のラフスケッチはもう少しだけ待っててください。
アメリカでプリントを間に合わせるにはいつまでにデータがあれば問題ないですか？
あとギフトとして贈るのはいつからですか？

I apologize if this made you worried.
I have been chased by different jobs every day and I have not completed a rough sketch yet to be honest.
I have however overall ideas ready and I will proceed to be completed before this year end. So please wait a little for me complete the rough sketch.
By when do I need to send the data to you in order to be printed in the US in time without any issues.
Also, when do you plan to distribute as gifts?
