最終的に、アカウント審査に必要な"Seller Account Information"の提出しなければならない情報は何か教えてください。
"Beneficial Owner"の項目のみの提出でOKですか?

あと、"Seller Account Information"の"Beneficial Owner"の項目の入力を間違って0人で入力してしまい、その後、編集ボタンがクリックできなくなりました。再度編集できるようにしてもらえませんか?
