ご親切に、Sueからのメールを転送いただき、本当にありがとうございます。

社内にいるときは問題ないのですが、社外からメールサーバーへのアクセスすることが非常に困難になっているため、今月のFace-toFace meetingでのファイルのやりとりに支障が生じそうです。
そこで、早めにgmailのアドレスをワーキンググループのメールに追加していただくことにしました。

There is no problem when I'm at work but it's very difficult to access the email server outside of the office that's why there was something wrong with the files we exchanged at the Face to face meeting this month.
So we decided to add gmail address into the working group as soon as possible.
