I bought 3 pkgs of Olfa blades to use for gifts. One pkg was given to a friend and she complained that each blade she could only get 5 cuts and then the blade would not cut thru her fabric and she would have to use scissors to separate the threads. She has used a number of the blades and each performing the same. I would like to return 2 unopened pkgs for a refund as I do not want to give these as gifts and have the same performance. I think it would also be fair to have the other opened packaged replaced. Thank you

オルファブレードをギフト用に3箱購入しました。1箱を友人に贈ったのですが、5回使っただけでブレードが切れなくなり、生地が切れなくなったのでハサミを使ったとのことでした。いくつかのブレードを使ったそうですが全部同様に切れなかったとのことです。このような物をギフトとして贈りたくないので、残りの開封していない2箱を返却して返金して頂きたいのですが。未使用の同じ商品に交換して頂くのもフェア化と思います。よろしくお願いします。
