なので、出せる金額に限界があるのを理解ください。
でも、もしこの楽器を自分で使用するのであれば68000は妥当な金額と思われます。もし、気が変わって55000ドルで売ってくれるなら、私はうれしいですが、わたしは友人である貴方に安売りを要求するつもりありません。

I trust you and I know this is very good horn. However my maximum budget is 5500 dollars (including shipping fee to Japan). Because I have to sell these musical instruments I bought from agent. Therefore I hope you would understand my budget.
If I use this instrument by myself, this would have value as 68000 dollars though.
It is happy if you change your mind to sell it for 55000 dollars but as a good friend, I don't want to rush you a discount.
