はじめまして。
今まで使用できていた「x」のライセンスが無効と表記がされてしまうので連絡を取りました。
Windows7からWindows10にアップグレードしてからIDとキーを再入力しましたがエラーが出てしまいます。
キーは「O」から購入し、今まで使用できていました。
「O」のカスタマーサービスからこちらに連絡するようにと言われています。
IDは** キーは++ です。

I cannot use the license of "X" which i used. It is the reason why i send this sentence.
My PC says there is error although i enterd the ID and key.
I upgraded my OS Windows7 to Windows10. Is this upgrade effects?
