はじめまして。
今まで使用できていた「x」のライセンスが無効と表記がされてしまうので連絡を取りました。
Windows7からWindows10にアップグレードしてからIDとキーを再入力しましたがエラーが出てしまいます。
キーは「O」から購入し、今まで使用できていました。
「O」のカスタマーサービスからこちらに連絡するようにと言われています。
IDは** キーは++ です。

I re-input ID and key after upgraded from Windows7 into Windows10 but the error occurred.
I bought key from [O] and have been using until now.
[O] customer service told me to contact you.
