はじめまして。
今まで使用できていた「x」のライセンスが無効と表記がされてしまうので連絡を取りました。
Windows7からWindows10にアップグレードしてからIDとキーを再入力しましたがエラーが出てしまいます。
キーは「O」から購入し、今まで使用できていました。
「O」のカスタマーサービスからこちらに連絡するようにと言われています。
IDは** キーは++ です。

I upgraded windows7 to windows10 then I typed the ID and key but it said an error.
I bought the key from "O" but I was able to use it.
