使用するには十分な充電が可能だとは思いますが
ＮＩＫＯＮサービスセンターにもフルで充電できているかどうか確認する手段はないとのことで

Battery is not worn out, and it's relatively in good condition.
I guess it can be charged well for using, but according to NIKON service center there is no way to check whether it's fully charged or not so the only way to check is actually using it.
Therefore, please use it once and if you are not satisfied, please fell free to return it.
