お世話になります。
メーカーに確認したところ、チップのみの販売はしておらず、修理対応になる
そうですがすでにこのレンズはカスタマーサポート対応終了とのことでした。
このレンズは元々フィルム機用のレンズであり、デジタルではメーカーの動作
保証はしていないとのことでした。
明確に商品説明文にフィルム機用と記載していなかったこちらのミスです。
今回は返品・返金でご対応させていただきたいのですがいかがでしょうか？

I have confirmed with the manufacturer and they said that they do not sell the chip alone and it will have to be repaired, but they no longer customer-support this lens.
This lens is for film cameras and they cannot guarantee the operation of it when used on digital cameras.
It is our fault we had not specifically noted on the item description that this was for film cameras.
If you'd like, we will be more than happy to give you a refund upon the return of the product.
