日本郵政公社に聞きました。
破損された商品の事でオンラインで手続きする事例は聞いた事がないとおっしゃっていました。
常識的には破損した商品(配達された状態)を配達した郵便局へ持って行き、そして郵便局が壊れている事をチェックし、壊れていたと形に(用紙等)に記録します。
壊れていたとアメリカの方で記録に残れば、日本郵政公社から補償がおります。
(アメリカに記録が残っているのを日本郵政公社が確認します)
そう言われました。
破損した商品を配達した郵便局に持って行き破損記録を残してくれないか？

As common sense, we take the damaged item (as it was delivered) to the post office that delivered it and they check if it is broken, and make a record on a form.
If there is a record in America that proves it is broken, then the Japan official post office will compensate.
(The japan official post office will check if there is a record in America.)
will you take it to the post office and make a damaged record?
