☆配送状況を確認したところ、
8/18日、NEW ZEALANDの「私書箱保管」
8/18日、「ご不在のため持ち戻り」とデータがありましたので、そちらの配送業者のほうにお問い合わせて
確認してみてください。
☆確認が長引いてしまってすいません
8/20 にやっと荷物の確認がとれました
状況はフランスから日本に到着して、私のほうに返送途中のようです。
私のところに戻り次第すぐにフランスのほうに再度送らせていただきます。
お時間いただいて申し訳ありません。

Aug 18, "brought it back because of absence"

On Aug 20, at last, I could confirm the shipment status.
The situation is that the product has arrived Japan from France and is on the way back to me.
As soon as I receive it, I will send it again to France.
