私はパッケージを追跡しました。長い間税関手続きで止まっていた理由は、受取人名の記載がなく、「####」と記載されていて税関手続きができないようです。大変恐れ入りますがUSPSへ名前の追記依頼をして頂くことは可能ですか？　受取人名は「aaa」でお願いします。残念ながら私からは申告ができないようです。（そのパッケージの受取人が私ということを証明できないので。）　またinvoiceもメールで送って頂けたらとても助かります。supportに感謝します。

The reason why it had stuck in Customs procedures for a long time is that the recipient's name was not written; there was only "####", so they cannot proceed with the process. So, sorry for the trouble, but is it possible for you to request USPS to add the name? Please ask them to write the recipient's name as "aaa".
