●FHとGSの日本総代理店契約についてのdeal memo

以降、Fb Hatman を 「FH」、Gip sad Inc を「GS」と記載します。

・2015年7月8日～2016年1月末日の契約期間で、GSはFHの日本総販売代理店となります。
　FHはこの契約期間内、GS以外の日本国内に販路を持つ会社や個人に卸売販売をしない。
　
・2016年1月に、2016年の年間最低発注量を協議して決める。
　この際に2016年2月以降の契約更新を是非を決める。
　決定後に本契約書を作成する。

●Deal memo regarding Japan General Agency Agreement

Hereinafter, Fb Hatman shall be referred to as "FH" and GS shall be referred to as "GS".

・During the term starting from July 8, 2015 and ending on the last day of January 2016, GS will be the Japan General Agent of FH.
FH will not during this term wholesale to companies and individuals who have sales channels within Japan other than GS.

・ Minimum order quantity for 2016 will be decided in January 2016.
At this time, the renewal of this agreement for after February 2016 will be decided.
After such decision is made, this agreement will be prepared.
