デビットカードの利用について教えてください。

Web納税をするためデビットカードを使いたいのですが、必須入力情報の「電話番号」が登録できません。
私が貴行に登録している日本の電話番号の桁数が、米国の電話番号と合わないからです。
電話番号はカード認証の際にも必要になると思われるので、私がデビットカードを使う際に、電話番号として入力すべき番号を教えてもらえますか？

Please tell me about the use of debit cards.

I would like to use debit cards for online tax payments, but am unable to enter my phone number, which is mandatory.
The reason is because my phone number in Japan which I have registered with you does not match the phone number of digits of the US.
As I believe phone numbers are necessary in verifying cards as well, can you tell me how I should enter my phone number in using debit cards?
