私のミスではありますが、ご購入後すぐのメール、商品の箱に同封したメモに書いたように、リターンリクエストを上げられる前に、私にメールいただければありがたかったです。すぐにCancel Orderで対応し、ご返金していました。
リターンリクエストの場合、返送された商品が私の手元に届いてから、ご返金となります。また、私のミスですが、リターンリクエストを受けると、私のebayビジネスは悪い影響を受けてしまいます。身勝手な要望ですが、リターンリクエストを一旦取り下げていただけませんか。

I know this was my mistake. However, I would have appreciated it if you could have sent me email before you made your return request, as I wrote in my email immediately after your purchase and in the memo enclosed in the product box. I could then have placed a cancel order immediately and could have made you a refund.

In the case of a return request, I can make a refund only after the returned product reaches me. And this is again my mistake, but as I get a return request, my eBay business gets adversely affected. I'm sorry for making this request that may bother you, but could you please cancel your return request?
