a mistake, I did not get the lens. I thought last week that the lens would already be in my city. I started to monitor the load on the number you gave me. It was found that the lens is indeed already here.

間違えです。レンズは届いていません。先週の時点では、私が住む街までレンズは既に配達されているだろうと思っていました。送っていただいた番号で出荷状況を確認し始めたところ、実際にレンズはここまで配達されていたことが分かりました。
受信したメールにもその旨は記載されていませんでしたし、電話または郵便での通知もありませんでした。
今日になって部門がEMCに出向くことになりましたが、出向くのが遅すぎたため、レンズは昨日貴殿宛てに返送されたと告げられました。
レンズが必要なんです!!!
解決するにはどうすれば良いでしょうか? レンズを再送してください。今度は毎日確認します。
