・当社は2015年12月までにの合計で、$3,000分以上の商品量を注文することを約束します。
・2016年以降の契約更新の前に、2016年の年間最低発注量を協議して決める。

I would like to add the following phrases on "letter of Intent" if "Japan exclusive agency agreement"

- We promise to place an order of over the amount of $3,000 in total by December, 2015.
-We will discuss and determine the annual minimum order quantity of 2016 before renewing the contract for 2016.
