税関検査で箱がカッターで開けられ、包装袋が破れて大変なことになっていました
対策として、今後は包装袋の上にも厚みのある白いスポンジ材を敷いて頂けませんか？
そうすればカッターで開封されても包装袋の中身が漏れる事故を防げると思います
それと、頭部接続部のねじが当たって薄い木の板が砕けていました
幸い商品は無事でしたが、初回注文時のように今後も輸送中に損傷があるようですとお互いにとって不利益ですし、継続してお取引するのにも不安が生じます

目だけの値段はおいくらですか？

The box was opened by cutter in custom inspection and the wrapping bag was torn to be a terrible thing.
As a countermeasure, could you please lay thick and white sponge material also on wrapping bag from now on?
By this, we can prevent accident where the content of wrapping bag escapes even if the box is opened by cutter.
Additionally, thin wood plate was broken because screw of top part's connection was touched.
Fortunately the product has no damage but it is mutual disadvantage if product is damaged during shipment in future like when the first order and it raises concern in our continuous business.
