税関検査で箱がカッターで開けられ、包装袋が破れて大変なことになっていました
対策として、今後は包装袋の上にも厚みのある白いスポンジ材を敷いて頂けませんか？
そうすればカッターで開封されても包装袋の中身が漏れる事故を防げると思います
それと、頭部接続部のねじが当たって薄い木の板が砕けていました
幸い商品は無事でしたが、初回注文時のように今後も輸送中に損傷があるようですとお互いにとって不利益ですし、継続してお取引するのにも不安が生じます

目だけの値段はおいくらですか？

The box was opened with a cutter at the customs inspection, wrapping bag was broken and it was in hideous condition.
As a countermeasure, for future shipment will you place thick white sponge over wrapping bag?
That way I think it can prevent content inside wrapping bag to spill even if it's opened by a cutter.
Also, thin wooden board was hit by screw on head connecting part and it was broken.
Fortunately the item was safe, but causing damage during transportation like the first order harms both us, and we don't feel comfortable to continue business.

What's the price only for the eye?
