それでは、5年間　550ドルにて更新をお願いいたします。

許諾書と請求書の宛名はA社でお願いいたします。
それをメール添付にて私宛にお送りください。

許諾料は、許諾書と請求書が私宛に届いた月の翌月末日に、A社より
お支払させていただきます。現状ですと、8月末日になる見込みです。

それでは書類の到着をお待ちしております。

Company A will pay the license fees on the last day of next month from when we receive the agreement and invoice. I would think it will end of August.
