１点だけ書類の最後のページにiSi社担当者のサイン（手書き）が必要とのことです。
一度、テストケースとしてガスカートリッジを日本に送っていただけますでしょうか？

価格、配送料を教えていただけますか？

Today I checked with gas safety association in Osaka, and they said it can be imported with gas related information document you provided previously. Just one thing, signature of person in charge (handwritten) at iSi is needed on the very last page of the document. Will you send gas cartridge to Japan as trial?

Will you advise price and shipping cost?
