・先程、商品返送のためのラベルをプリントアウトしました。この商品の返送の期限を教えてください。いつまでに返送するとよいでしょうか？
・日本からドイツへの発送となりますので、稀に、すぐには到着しないケースもあるかと考えられます。その場合は、柔軟に対応していただけますか？
・商品返送にかかる、日本からドイツへの送料の請求に際し、御社におかれましては、私の、送料代金の支払いの証明が必要と思います。どのようなかたちで証明すると良いですか？

・I printed out the return shipping label. Could you please let me know the time frame for returning this item; until when is it OK to send it back?
・I am shipping this from Germany to Japan, and sometimes it can take a while to get there. If it does take a while, will you be a little flexible with the dates?
・Do you need a receipt from my company showing that we return shipped the item from Japan to Germany? If that is the case how would you like the proof of shipping?
