I see that your numbers are low. We are looking for someone who will be able to provide a consistent product, not many, but a few now & then over time.
Do you intend to get more?
I know that I will need 2 small (if you had XS I\'d take that) & likely one medium or large, all in black.

If you are temporarily out of stock, that is one thing. If you are changing suppliers or changing stock, that is another question.
Can you let me know what your expectation of availability is?

継続的に商品を提供して下さる方がいらっしゃれば、と考えます。
貴殿の方で商品数を増やすことはできますか？
今後Sサイズ２点（XSサイズがあればXSで）、またMかLサイズを１点、購入予定です。色はどちらも黒です。

一時的に今在庫がないということであれば、致し方ありません。
受注元の変更や在庫の変更予定があるなら話は別です。
今後の商品入手見通しについて教えていただけますか？
