I see that your numbers are low. We are looking for someone who will be able to provide a consistent product, not many, but a few now & then over time.
Do you intend to get more?
I know that I will need 2 small (if you had XS I\'d take that) & likely one medium or large, all in black.

If you are temporarily out of stock, that is one thing. If you are changing suppliers or changing stock, that is another question.
Can you let me know what your expectation of availability is?

在庫数が少ないように伺えます。数着ずつではありますがコンスタントに長期に渡って商品を提供可能な業者を探しています。
商品補充のご予定はございますでしょうか？
Sｘ２着（もしあればXS希望）、たぶんMかLも一着（全て黒で）必要です。

質問ですが、現在単に在庫がないのか、仕入れ先や在庫数を調整しようとしているのか。
入荷の予定をお知らせくださいますでしょうか？
