こんにちは。私は日本の法人ですが、VAT番号の取得は法律的に必要でしょうか?　日本のインタネットサイトでVATについての記事が色々とあり、どれが正しい記事なのかがわかりません。FBA販売の場合のみVAT番号が必要など。の記事が多数あります。もしVAT番号が必要な場合、イギリスのVAT番号だけで十分ですか?それとも、欧州販売チャンネルの国毎のVAT番号が必要ですか?それから、例えばAmazon.ukサイトで、uk以外の国から注文が入った場合どの国のVAT番号が必要になりますか?

We are a company based in Japan, and would like to be advised if we are required to obtain a VAT number. We have read various information on this on the internet, but could not tell which information is correct. There are many articles mentioning that a company needs VAT number only when that company does FBA sales. If we need to obtain VAT number, do we need only British VAT number or do we need VAT number for each countries within EU sales channel? Also, do we need VAT number for certain countries if we have orders from outside of UK through Amazon UK? If so, can you advise us which country's VAT we need to obtain?
