購入した商品に対し満足していない場合、14日間以内であれば返品を受け入れます。

返品時の注意
商品は完全な状態でなければなりません。
商品が使用された形跡や箱、タグ、保証書、説明書などが欠損している場合は当社規定の評価額での返金となります。

返品時の送料はバイヤー負担となります。

返品時のインボイスには、返品商品である旨を記載してください。

返品商品が到着後に検品を開始し、検品終了後3営業日以内に返金処理を行います。
すべての輸入関税や税金は返金することができません。

Returns Within 14 days
If you are not satisfied with the good, you can return it within 14 days.

To Return
The product needs to be as new when get returned.
If there are traces of product been used, or shortage of any of the box, tag, guarantee or instruction, there will be a estimated value deduct in the refund.

Buyer needs to pay for the delivery cost for return.

We will check the product upon arrival, after checking the refund will be proceeded within 3 working days.
