購入した商品に対し満足していない場合、14日間以内であれば返品を受け入れます。

返品時の注意
商品は完全な状態でなければなりません。
商品が使用された形跡や箱、タグ、保証書、説明書などが欠損している場合は当社規定の評価額での返金となります。

返品時の送料はバイヤー負担となります。

返品時のインボイスには、返品商品である旨を記載してください。

返金
返品商品が到着後に検品を開始し、検品終了後3営業日以内に返金処理を行います。
すべての輸入関税や税金は返金することができません。

Fourteen-day return condition
If you aren't satisfied with an item you have bought, we accept your return request within 14 days.

Notice
The item are supposed to be completed.
In case there are some signs you have used it or that you have lost the box, tag, warranty, or description, we will refund the amount of money according to our company assessment regulations.

The buyer is supposed to bear the carriage when sending it back.
Please write in the invoice that it is a return item.

Refund
We start to examine the item after its arrival, and then deal with the refund processing.
We cannot pay back all of the customs and tax.
