新規にCSVファイルのアップロードを行う際は、実際にアップロードされたデータ内に禁止商品が含まれてないかどうかのエラーチェックのルーチン化をします。

For improving the situation, we review our merchandise management and exercise the confirmation whether they are right products.
I take the liberty to suspend the account until such confirmation will be over.
When we upload the CSV file newly, we would carry out a routine error check to see whether a prohibited product is not included in the uploaded data.
I talked to Canon by an email immediately, and all the listed products have been eliminated.
