私は（いま現在）パスポートを所有して無いので、とりあえず、運転免許証の画像を添付させて頂きますね。
免許証に記載されている住所と、先日の登録フォームに記載した住所は全く同一で、また、私の銀行口座に関する情報に間違いは有りません。
添付して頂きました（私の銀行口座に関する）情報を確認した所、入力ミス等は一切、見受けられませんでした。
それらは確かに（私の銀行口座に関する）正確な情報です。
