I have not forgotten you and I have tried to get an aswer from the customs about the VAT and Tax, but until now only the postoffice has answered and they ask for 128,- DKK for handling the parcel to the Danish customs.
I will let you know and return the payment left after having paid what Authority ask for.

お客様のことは忘れておりません。現在、税関に対してVAT（付加価値税）と他の費用について回答を得ようとしているところです。
これまでのところ、郵便局からの回答しか得られておりません。郵便局からは、荷物をデンマーク税関に送るための費用として、128デンマーククローネの請求が届いています。

税関からの請求に対して支払を済ませましたら、お客様にお知らせし、残金を返金差し上げます。
