私たちは在庫切れの防止をする為に以下の対応を致します。

①在庫の少ない商品を出品しないことを約束します。具体的には在庫が２つ以下の商品は出品しません。
②リアルタイムに在庫の状況をシステムに反映致します。具体的には２４時間以内にシステムへ反映致します。

Please allow us to improve regarding the transaction that could not be completed because we were out of stock.
We will introduce the following improvements in order to prevent such issues in the future.

1. We pledge that we will not display products which are short in amount. Especially, we will not display products that we have least than 2 pieces.
2. We will apply a real time stock control system. Especially, a system that is reflecting the situation within the last 24 hours.
