Additional info: 不動産管理会社に2500ドルのメンテナンス費用の小切手を切ろうとしたところ、追加の費用が発生しそうだとの連絡があったので、総額がわかればその金額で支払う旨を伝えていたのですが、３週間たっても連絡が来ないので、このメールをうつことにしました。
