計測器点検方法

基準サンプルパイプは材質毎、外径寸法毎に１本ずつ用意する｡

基準サンプルにはテプラー等で材質を明示する｡

使用時に基準サンプルパイプの点検を行う

爪で引っ掛かる有害な傷、外径変形等は、基準サンプルパイプを交換(再製作)する｡

プローブ(接触端子)を前面パネル⑧PROBEコネクターに接続する｡

測定するパイプ径に合わせてパイプ切換えスイッチを切換える｡

バッテリー切替えスイッチをBATT側にセットする｡
通常電源は内蔵バッテリーを使用する

Inspection method of measuring instruments

Use one standard sample pipe for each material and each outer diameter.

Label each standard sample with its material, with a labeler such as Tapler.

Inspect the standard sample pipe before each use.

When ledges detectable with fingernails or outer diameter circumference deformity is detected, replace (remanufacture) the standard sample pipe.

Connect the probe (connector probe) to the front panel ⑧ probe connector.

Change pipe switch switch depending on the diameter of the pipe to be measured.

Set battery switch to BATT side.
Use interior battery for normal power source.
