i I just saw the pictures of the figurine, in the fist one I can't see de damage but in the second I can see that are parts broken. The thing I need to do ASP is go to the Post office with the package the way you recived. The package is insure, outsite the package is a Insurance Receipt you should present this receipt to the post master and explain that you received the mechandise broken and that you want to claim the insurance. The person will give you instructions. It is very important that you bring the package the way you received. Please do it as soon as posible to solve this situation. I have the intetion of refunding your money but we have to do it the right way and I need your help. Thanks.
