i I just saw the pictures of the figurine, in the fist one I can't see de damage but in the second I can see that are parts broken. The thing I need to do ASP is go to the Post office with the package the way you recived. The package is insure, outsite the package is a Insurance Receipt you should present this receipt to the post master and explain that you received the mechandise broken and that you want to claim the insurance.
