I am pretty sure that this has had the rim ground down to get rid of a chip as I believe they were origionally larger but this process has not infringed on the detail of the fish and it still displays well as a decorative piece and wont cost the £500 plus that it would have. A fine decorative item from one of the greatest Art Deco glass manufacturers.

製品の縁部分ですが、欠けている部位を目立たなくするために摺り砕き加工したものだということを私は確信しています。ですので、本来はもう少し大き目のサイズだったと思われますが、魚の細部にダメージを与えることなく加工されており、装飾品として見栄えも良く、さらに元々の値段であった500ポンド以上もの高額の支払いを行わずとも手に入れることができます。Art Deco ガラス製造社による素晴らしい装飾品の1つです。
