はじめまして、はじめてこれから注文するので心配でメールしました。
何かの理由で商品が気に入らなかった場合、7日以内ですと返金可能とのことですが、商品を受け取ってからそちらにお送りして到着するまでの間の7日以内ということでしょうか？
それとも、商品を受け取ってから7日以内に連絡を入れ、それから返品すれば、ご返金は可能ということでしょうか？
アジアから送ると大変日数がかかってしまいます。
確認お願いします。

Nice to meet you, it's my first time making order
It seems refund is acceptable within 7 days if I don't like the item by whatever the reason. Does it mean the returned item needs to be delivered back to you within 7 days?
Or, if I notice you within 7 days on receipt of the item and then return it, is that still eligible for refund?
Shipping from Asia would take quite a lot of time.
