最近の納入不良を見てみますと大きく２つのパターンが有るように思います。

２つ目は、管理・監督者も含めた作業者のルール不遵守によって発生しています。
非定常作業時もそうですが工程管理表や標準作業要領書などは充分整備されているはずですが、作業者の思い込み、勘違いなどの 「だろう作業」 「自分勝手な判断」「こっちが楽」によって結果的には決められた作業標準を守らなかったためです。

良否判定に迷う治工具は使用していませんか？
治具を用いた良否判定は明確になっていますか？

Taking a look at recent delivery failure, it seems that there are two patterns.

The second delivery failure occurs though the non-compliance with rules of workers including managers and supervisers.
It occurs because workers did not comply with specified work standards due to assumption, wrong guess such as "supposed work" " self-centered judgement" "indolence”or workers, similar to the moment of non-regular works, self-centered.

Don't you use jigs and tools that you can not determine if they are good or bad?
Is the standard of judgement of tools clear?
