最近の納入不良を見てみますと大きく２つのパターンが有るように思います。

２つ目は、管理・監督者も含めた作業者のルール不遵守によって発生しています。
非定常作業時もそうですが工程管理表や標準作業要領書などは充分整備されているはずですが、作業者の思い込み、勘違いなどの 「だろう作業」 「自分勝手な判断」「こっちが楽」によって結果的には決められた作業標準を守らなかったためです。

良否判定に迷う治工具は使用していませんか？
治具を用いた良否判定は明確になっていますか？

There seem to be two major patterns when I have surveyed recent errors of delivery.

The second one is occurred when workers including managers and supervisors did not follow rules.

Though process management sheets and standard manuals are dully arranged, even for the case of non-usual works, worker's did not follow work standards and error occurred because they thought "It might be right way.", "I want to do like this.", and "This way is easier." due to worker's selfish assumption and misunderstanding.

Don't you use jigs and tools that make you trouble in verifying?
Is your criteria of verifying with using jigs and tools specified?
