Don't speak reluctantly
Ask somebody once in a while in order to confirm whether they understand or not.
A morning assembly should be less than 10 minutes.

After you confirm whether there are sudden absent workers or not, instruct roles assignment.
Instruct how to treat and report in the case of disorder more concretely to the workers who haven't get used to works yet.
If there are too many absent workers to manufacture, report your manager and receive instruction.
