というのも、現在、日本からの国際送金は、海外への資金流出を防ぐために政府の規制が厳しくなっており、手続きが面倒なので使いたくないのです。
また、米国の銀行口座からの送金は、日本からの手続で時間がかかってしまいます。
問題なければ、すぐに特急便で小切手を郵送しますので、ご回答ください。

The reason is that the regulation by government is strict to prevent that the fund is sent to foreign countries from Japan.
I do not want to use it since the arrangement is complicated.
It also takes time to send the money from the bank account in the States when I prepare it in Japan.
If there is no problem, I will send the check by special express.
